About our social groups

Keeping active, staying socially connected and taking part in enjoyable and meaningful activities is vital to living well as we age.

That’s why Merri Health offers an exciting social support program to suit a variety of tastes.

Join a range of activities based on your interests.

We offer a variety of interest-based groups, outings and special events throughout the week, to help you build new connections and enjoy a range of different activities.

Whether you want to exercise in a group, chat to new friends, tend a garden, or get out and about with people at a similar stage of life – we’ve got you covered.

And if you don’t see a group that sparks your interest, we’d love to work with you to start one!

“I look forward to coming every week and seeing other clients and staff. It’s relaxing and friendly – reminiscing and chatting. I also enjoy the meals!” – Percy
