Supporting positive ageing at Merri-bek Expo today!

We were delighted to join community members at Merri-bek's Positive Ageing Expo today to increase awareness of local support services that promote healthy ageing. 

The expo brought together local service providers and community members to enjoy interactive activities, giveaways, live entertainment. 

It also provided an opportunity for people to find more information about our aged care services including Home Care Packages, Stepped Care for Older Adults, Social Support Programs, Living Well, Ageing Well and more!

We're proud to support people to live well and stay connected in the community.
