Expanding aged care support in Mernda

We are now offering health services at the brand-new Social Support Centre in Mernda which opened in July, by the City of Whittlesea.

The collaborative centre provides more social support and wellbeing services to older people in Whittlesea.

We’re committed to supporting people to stay active, independent and connected in their communities.

Merri Health’s services include a social worker and occupational therapist who has been conducting home visits from the centre.

We’re excited to be a part of this new hub and are exploring more opportunities to expand our services at the site.
