Dementia education for carers

Carers of people with dementia will benefit from a free dementia education session during Dementia Awareness Month.

Dementia is a complex condition that interferes with daily functions and affects people differently.

In collaboration with Dementia Australia, we're hosting an after-hours introduction to dementia session, providing carers with information and support build their skills and confidence in caring for someone with dementia.

Carers will be supported to attend the session through in-home respite and a contribution towards the cost of transport.
