Share ideas of self-care and learn simple mindfulness techniques in the peaceful serenity of Melbourne Zoo’s Rainforest Room. Steve Brown (Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Meditation teacher) who has been teaching mindfulness to groups and individuals for over 20 years, will be facilitating the day and will go through techniques to help you relax and reduce stress.
Meet at Melbourne Zoo or at CarerLinks North (110-118 Chifley Dr, Preston VIC 3072) and catch a bus with other carers.
Transport and respite are available if needed.
