Free event.
Join the younger onset dementia carer support group for a tour of the Yooralla Independent Living Centre in Braybrook.
- Learn about the range of assistive equipment and techology available for the person you care for
- Ask an occupational therapist about getting equpiment at home
- Catch up with other carers of a person with younger onset dementia.
In-home respite and/or a contribution towards the cost of transport may be available upon request when you RSVP.
Please tell us if you have any dietary requirements or if you need an interpreter.
Meet at CarerLinks North at 9.15am. Entrance 2, Level 2, 110 Chifley Drive, Preston.
A bus will take us to the Yooralla Independent Living Centre in Braybrook, and then to The Boot Factory in Coburg for lunch.
We will return to CarerLinks North by 2.30pm.
