When providing an appointment, we consider your specific circumstances and priority may be given to people with an urgent referral. See below for more information.

For clients aged 65+, we receive referrals through My Aged Care, and follow their guidelines for prioritising referrals and commencing services.
Some services are only available to specific age groups, including:
- Children: 0-18
- Adults: 18-65*
- Aged: 65+*
*Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people:
- Adults: 18-65*
- Aged: 50+
