Family Foundations is a free 10-session program that helps parents (couples and those parenting with someone else like a partner, a grandparent or friend) work together to manage the ups and downs of raising children.
Two qualified and experienced coaches will work with you and your co-parent in your home or online to:
- Strengthen your relationship
- Develop skills to manage challenges and conflict

A coach is an experienced and trained staff member from Merri Health who will work with you and your co-parent to manage the ups and downs of having children.
That’s not a problem! We are flexible with our visiting times and will try to fit in with your family circumstances.
Yes. You don’t need to leave your home to participate in the program – we come to you, or we can deliver sessions online.
