We discussed Moana’s role as a trailblazing ambassador for gender equity, whilst simultaneously caring for her younger sister Lavina (‘Vinny’).

Diagnosed with a rare condition called Moebius Syndrome, Vinny lives with Mo and her wife Isabella, who both care for her.
